2021 – Company Challenge
Personal development is a lifelong process. It is a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their full potential. Each person is unique and is challenged differently than the other, only you can define what challenges you.
My challenge to everyone in 2021 is to challenge themselves in the way you feel best serves your potential. We have put together a list of quarterly challenges with correlating points in the following categories: physical, mental and wellness.
At the end of the year, I want to celebrate your wins with a surprise get together, the caveat is, you can only participate in the celebration if you earn 4 points within each quarter, a total of 12 throughout the year.

Challenge Guidelines
1. This is an honor system. Lying about the completion of a challenge doesn’t hurt me, it hurts you.
2. Choose the challenges that push you outside of your comfort zone – that’s where the growth happens.
3. Don’t start a challenge, decide it is too hard, quit, and pick an easier challenge. There is no growth in that.
4. You can do challenges in conjunction with each other.
5. You cannot repeat challenges.
Sign up for your Q2 challenges!
To complete the company challenge, you must earn at least 4 points per quarter in Q2, Q3, and Q4 adding to a total of 12 points by the end of the year. Please click the button and fill out the form to sign up for your current quarter challenges one at a time.
