Maria Klein
Territory Manager
Hi, my name is Maria Klein and I am a Territory Manager for the B2B Division of Turf Distributors. I’ve been with Turf Distributors since November of 2020 and have enjoyed every minute of being part of this company. I graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Communications. Although, I did not have any direct outside sales experience prior to this position, I do have an extensive background in account management and client relations.
As a Territory Manager, I work directly with our retail customers who sell Turf Distributor products at their locations. I identify businesses who would benefit from adding our products into their sales portfolio and provide them with the tools to sell our products effectively. Some of these businesses include landscape supply stores, rock yards, nurseries and flooring stores. A large portion of my day to day responsibilities is to train and get my customers excited about selling our products. The more training, resources and tools I can provide, the more confident my customers are selling Turf Distributors.
There are many reasons I love being part of the Turf Distributors family. First and foremost I enjoy the relationship building with our customers. It is very rewarding to see a business evolve from not being interested in selling turf to a few months later having an increased sales revenue just by saying yes and giving Turf Distributors an opportunity. Also, the company culture is unmatched. The drive and commitment everyone has to be successful at Turf Distributors is unwavering. This is an all-in atmosphere and everyone involved is willing to work hard to get the job completed for our customers. This motivation comes directly from top management as they show confidence and genuine appreciation from each employee. I am excited for what the future holds and look forward to growing with Turf Distributors for many years to come.

Warehouse Training Lead
Jose was promoted to a Project/Training Lead and is now in charge of various warehouse projects, and developing training programs for new hires.
He sees the potential for Turf Distributors to keep growing locally and nationally and looks forward to sharing his knowledge and applying his talents as we head into the future!

Marketing Assistant

Delivery Driver
As a delivery driver, Chad has made a positive impact on our customer service, receiving several customer compliments. He has also made a positive impact on the team as he is always willing to help out his teammates and is always a positive influence on those around him. He’s also had the opportunity to train new team members so they too can be successful and continue to deliver a high level of service.
Chad’s favorite thing about being part of this team is the team comradery and working together to achieve goals.
